Trying to stream some Bloodborne and when I go online with the game even in single player my stream health goes into the RED despite no real kb loss or anything, thus obs starts dropping frames despite the fact that nothing SHOULD be dropping, if I switch to offline, the health returns back to normal, what is with the ps4 affecting my stream health despite all other information saying otherwise?
