Let me start by saying i have been streaming live to facebook for over a year now with almost zero problems and have built a wonderful community! i have helped countless people get their stream up and running without a hitch.. but i have encountered a problem that i have not been able to fix going on three months now, i have been frustrated into tears and am at the point where i am considering quitting, because i can no longer get a stable stream out and i can not figure out for the life of my how.. :(

So let me set the stage...

What happens is i set everything up normally to go live, like i have for a year.. at the start everything is fine.. no loss of frames running a bitrate of 5500 and less than 3% of cpu barely gets used.. anywhere from 5 min to 2 hours into my stream i look over and notice the little red square showing 0kbps and i am dropping all frames! and my cpu usage jumps to between 10-20% no warning no disconnects nothing.. so naturally the first thing i do is hit the stop streaming button.. only it sits and hangs at "stopping....." but it never stops it just continues to drop frames till i force obs closed (which from my understanding i need to actually be able to stop the stream to get a proper logfile?).. the first few times this was happening i thought it had to be my net so the first thing i check is my network obviously.. (mind you this is at two different locations with gig service 1000down 75up, and different modems and routers i am also using a different rig now which tells me it has to be an OBS problem or setting) network never seems to be the issue although it appears to be, i moved 2 weeks ago and had to have BRAND NEW lines run as my new house has never had net (i was excited about this actually!!).. but her we are still for three months i have been testing/trying to stream countless times with 90% failure rate, very depressing to say the least :(

So the other day i decide to stay positive and kinda go back to square 1 (youtube: Obs how to best settings blahblah) i decide to change a couple settings hoping to have some luck.. first off i had my downscale filter set to bicubic i change that to lanczos.. also i decided to change my output preset from Max quality down to quality [mind you i have never had to change this until recently during troubleshooting] i get online with a buddy and run a few games of pubg (i play console so i am using an elgato hd60s so my rig shouldn't be the issue as it is used only for the streaming aspect) for two hours we run flawlessly 1080p 60fps no problem 0 dropped frames cpu never jumps above 3%.. so i think to my self awesome that fixed it! well i get off to do some family stuff and come home again later to do an "actual" stream instead of a test.. that's when the issue presents itself again.. i start up the stream super positive, and not 3 min into the stream i look over and of course i see the little red square of death again! 0kbps (not low but ZERO) and dropping all frames.. so instead of getting mad i decide to stop the stream "stopping...." hangs of course so i shut down obs and start it back up.. (at this point yes i am running multiple instances of obs because i forgot to open system tray and end the task for some reason it always does that to me) i lower my resolution slightly thinking it may help.. i hit start streaming again and from that point on it runs flawlessly again for over two hours.. no lost frames no red square nothing wrong.. i mean i am happy of course but this happens almost every time and sometimes it doesn't last when i start it back up again.. I have tried EVERYTHING under the sun i can think of to fix this issue which is why im here now begging for help.. I am 'level up' on my facebook page so i do have priority encoding and am allowed to stream at 1080p 60fps up to 6000kbps bitrate i have been golden for months 0 issues! i have tried 720p 30fps same thing happens just as often but with a less crispy stream when it does work. i have changed ingest servers as well as streamkeys multiple times to no avail. PLEASE help a fellow streamer im starting to lose the drive to keep going..

the first logfile i am going to post is the 3 min stream that died.. the second is gonna be the successful restart immediately after. if there is any more info needed please don't hesitate to ask im desperate here :(
