Red square - low kbps

Hi, Im from Colombia. I've been doing streams at facebook with no problems but today, particulary, I got that problem, red square which means bad connection or something.

of course I have a great internet, but I can't fix this. I was playing LoL and everything was normal in game.

I don't know what can I do...

I think I just solved it by uninstalling AVAST...
