If i want to stream in full Screen of pubg i get this Screen why?

You set your renderer to OpenGL, which does this. Why did you change it?

beacue i get blackscreen if i make it direct3d 11

i have a laptop i read the laptop guide but i dont understand it T.T

on every game it works but on Players unknown battleground it dont work pls help

Nothing in the laptop guide tells you to change the renderer to OpenGL. Please read and try again:
