Question / Help Red line in the middle of OBS recordings

Hello there, I have recently been having a problem with my OBS, there is a red line going through the middle of all of my recordings.

This red line does not show up in the preview and only started showing up recently, does anyone know what the problem might be?

I have an i5 6600k and an AMD r9 390 in my system

Just uploaded a test vid to youtube and watched on my phone, completely fine. Just shows up on computer.
