A friend of mine is having trouble capturing a game. All other games are perfectly fine until she wants to play Conan. When she captures Conan it comes up fuzz, red, and distorted. The reason that I believe that it is OBS is because the game looks fine on her end but to her viewers and on the preview it looks distorted. Has anyone come across this problem before? I looked for a long time to see if anyone had a similar problem but I could not find a solution.

Tell that friend to switch the renderer to Direct3D 11. She's currently using OpenGL on OBS Studio which is not meant to be used for Windows.
