Question / Help Recover Muted Desktop Audio

I recorded a live video conference from my desktop with OBS. Turns out my desktop audio was muted, but the mic audio was not. Muting the desktop audio was a mistake, because now I can't hear anyone in the conference other than me. I'm hoping the desktop audio was still recorded in the track somehow and all I have to do is turn up that channel. I do have Adobe Premier Pro. I'm wondering - is it possible to recover the desktop audio from the file?

In your postprocessing software, load all audio tracks that exist in your video file. Check every detected track if there is some track that contains the desktop audio. If there isn't any, your're out of luck.
I assume you muted desktop audio within Windows, and in this case it's quite certain that it wasn't recorded anywhere, since this is exactly the thing you will do if you don't want to record it in the first place.
