Question / Help Recover MP4 video after OBS crash?

So, I was making a speed art, and it took me until midnight.I was really tired, so I forgot to stop recording in OBS. I powered off in Windows, but it said, "OBS is stopping you from powering off." So, I returned and this is what I got an error message. So, I stopped recording, and closed OBS. After that, I looked for the file, and found an MP4 that couldn't be played. Is there any way that I could possibly recover the video (I can't re-do it, because the video took multiple hours to make)?

Basically, you don't.
That's why there's a big warning about saving directly to mp4.

Do NOT save directly to mp4.
