Question / Help Records saves file but doesn't Open

I am able to record but and save but it will not open, I can see it has 650mb and when I try to open it says The document “2018-11-18 12-21-24.mp4” could not be opened. The file isn’t compatible with QuickTime Player. but I can open other .mp4 - it use to work I am using Blackmagic ATEM switcher

Don't record to mp4 directly; any crash or error while writing the file will cause this.

Record to FLV or MKV, and then use the "remux recordings" entry in the File menu after you're done.
