Question / Help Records Fortnite audio, but freezes video a few seconds into recording

I'm using .mp4 and Software (x264 low CPU usage preset, increases file size). I've had this same problem in the past. Should I turn down Fortnite settings? Should I change the encoder? Also I'm using Window Capture instead of Game capture because it's a black screen when using Game Capture. Should I change that?
