Question / Help Records extremely blurry and low res with extremely low frame rates when recording games...

I have the latest version of OBS multi platform. I have to get something recorded for a school project. OBS only records at really low res and its rly blurry... I tried recording csgo, which my computer runs at 120+ FPS while recording, and 150+ without recording, but the frame rate was literally about 3 fps in the video when I watched it. Help?
