If you saw my thread yesterday, I thought I solved it. Turns on my GF's PC, the one having this issue, simply didn't have enough storage space, which should've been obvious. However, I then had her OBS save files to a eternal hard drive I had laying around thinking, "Well, problem solved.".
Problem not solved, unfortunately.
While there haven't been any unreadable files, recording are still experiencing very extreme amounts of stuttering as the video goes on. Like 1 frame every 5+ seconds. It's just visual though, as the audio works fine. I even loaded it up on VLC and it was showing a major loss in frames. The file size is also significantly smaller.

"Video stopped, number of skipped frames due to encoding lag: 31057/42749 (72.6%)"
I don't know much about that information, but that seems extremely worrisome. Like I said in the previous video, it sometimes works flawlessly.
Edit: And the unreadable files are back too.
