Question / Help Recordings very choppy

So basically I play two games, The Sims 4 which I can record without it being choppy and then World of Warcraft, which everytime I try to record it's very choppy. Any help would be appreciated.

There is no dedicated GPU (at least OBS can't find a real graphics card), just the iGPU which is not powerful enough for gaming + rendering +encoding in 1080p 60fps.
Turn off Windows 10 GameDVR, remove all those unnecessary game_sources (there are multiple game sources in one scene) and maybe get a modern, dedicated graphics card.
