Question / Help Recordings Need to be converted before editing

I'm not sure if this is a problem with the settings I'm using in OBS, or what, but when I record a video and try to import it into Adobe Premiere Pro I get a notification that says the file has no audio or video tracks. The weird thing is that I'm recording them as .mp4 and then in Handbrake it converts it to a different "type" of .mp4 and these work just fine with Adobe Premiere Pro.

I guess this is half a Premiere Pro question and half OBS, but what recording output settings should I be using to be able to import these files?

Try recording to FLV.
Or, for multiple audio trracks, MKV

Afterwards, you can use REMUX utility in OBS to convert it to MP$ if needed.
