Every recording I make starts off okay but after about 5 seconds it starts to freeze and becomes distorted. I don't know how to explain it well, but imagine what a tv channel looks like whenever you don't have proper signal. That blocky, discoloration thing that happens is what happens to my recordings. The game plays perfectly fine and I don't have audio issues in game or the recording, it's just a video issue. I've read that it's a bitrate issue, but I use the CRF Rate Control, and there's no option to change bitrate with this setting. I use settings I've seen recommended on the forum, but I'll post them here as well so you guys can see what I'm running (I'll have a link to the log posted below the settings):
Output:
Format: MP4
Encoder: x264
Rate Control: CRF
CRF: 15 (I've tried to move it up to 25 but the quality is horrible)
Keyframe Interval: 0
CPU Usage Preset: UltraFast
Profile: High
Tune: None
Video:
Base: 1920x1080
Output: 1920x1080
Filter: Lanczos (issue happens on both bilinear and bicubic as well)
FPS: 60
Advanced:
Priority: Above Normal
Renderer: Direct3D 11
Color Format: NV12
Color Space: 709
Color Range: Partial

Any help is appreciated!
