Recordings come out broken

I'm trying to record an MKV video with multiple audio tracks, but almost every time I do the file doesn't work. It will load in VLC player, but with no video or audio, and I can't import it into DaVinci Resolve.

You use the source record plugin to write video files, and there are errors corresponding to this writing. Try record with the regular recording functionality, not with source record to make sure it's not the plugin.

So I analyzed the log file and saw that my camera was causing max audio buffering, and I was using source record on it. Would that have caused the problem?

I tried deleting my camera source and recording again and it worked fine. I didn't think to just deactivate the source record filter.
