Question / Help Recordings Choppy and Low Quality

Hi. I've been trying to record some footage but the recordings I'm getting seem rather choppy and low quality, and I really can't figure out the problem.
Hopefully this helps demonstrate the issue (The issue is in the original recordings so editing hasn't caused this):
My specs are:
i5-4460
8GB RAM
GTX750ti
64 bit Windows
 

Please post a log with your issue! Here's how...

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...

You shouldn't be using CBR for recording. Use tools / auto configuration and follow the wizard for the best recording settings.
 
I've done this and it is now extremely choppy, much worse
Edit: Had to switch it from 60 to 30 FPS and it's no longer choppy
