Question / Help Recordings aren't smooth.

Windows is out of date. Run the October 2018 update and then turn off Game Mode; instructions are in the .sig.

Turn off Game DVR.

After those try again. You've got a little bit of rendering lag caused by GPU overload, but the above changes may sort that out.

Thanks. What could possibly cause my gpu to overload? the only thing i had running was blackops 4 and obs.
 
Game mode will cause it.

Running any game without a frame rate cap can cause it, as the game will attempt to run the framerate as high as it can instead of leaving GPU capacity for OBS.
