Question / Help Recordings are very laggy and very painful to watch! please help

Hi, i want to upload YT vids and having trouble recording because my computer isnt very good.
Specs:
Processor: Intel Pentium
RAM: 6Gbs
Intel HD Graphics
Im using simple settings and would like to know what im doing wrong.

The chances of getting anything watchable on a PC with a CPU that weak are slim to none. You will need to upgrade before you can use OBS.

You MIGHT be able to manage 360p 15fps.
