Recordings are laggy

Hello! I'm having issues whenever I try to record a video. I'd imagine these settings are low enough to maintain a constant framerate of at least thirty, but that clearly doesn't happen. I want to upload videos with at least a 1920 x 1080 resolution (1080p) so I have no clue what to do. Any support would be appreciated, thanks!
