Question / Help Recordings are jolty, cant seem to find settings that work.

Hi guys first off,
I have a i7 7700k 3.6ghz, GTX1080, 16gb DDR4 ram.
My computer is brand spankers. Yet when i record at at any quality level my recordings primarily on games like rocket league come out jolty as anything.

I have tried a few different youtube tutorials and nothing seems to work for me.

Any suggestions on settings that would work for me? I wish to record 1080p60

A log file with an actual recordin/streaming attempt in it would be nice.
My bet: You let the game run without an fps limit and therefor let the game run into a GPU bottleneck which leads to rendering problems in OBS.
Limit your ingame fps, so that the GPU load will not exceed ~90% and try again.
