So I've been trying to figure this out for a while now tried multiple settings (VBR @ 40,000 bitrate and 60,000, 50,000 on CBR etc..) and just cant seem to get a good 1080p 60 fps video quality, seems like the quality when not moving or aimed in on a FPS game etc is perfect but motion looks a bit laggy to me. Would really appreciate some help as to what im missing. Log File is below.
