Question / Help Recording

So, I have a strange problem, when I record the preview on obs is clear, but the video comes out choppy, but when I live stream every thing comes out clear. I am streaming to YouTube, my bitrate is 1200, my encoder is Software (x264) my encoder preset is ultrafast, recording quality same as stream, format, flv. For the video settings I am recording at 1280x720, and the downscale filter is Lanczos (Sharpened scaling, 32 samples,) and the common fps value is 24 ntsc. If anything is missing please notify me.

Change your recording quality to indistinguishable and your recording encoder to software low cpu.
