recording without sound

Importing films from a DV Cassette with audiograbber.
Sound and pictures are good.
But after exporting the film to my laptop there is no sound.
All settings made with the experts of Gembird, but they have no solution.
Can anybody give me the right settings ??


My OBS settings:

Global Audiosettings: all diabled

Audiomixer:
grabber geeft geluid aan op de volumemeter
desktop audio geeft geluid aan op de volumemeter
desktop audio 2 geeft geluid aan op de volumemeter

de volumemeters bewegen
maar het bewegen van de volume meters heeft geen enkel resultaat op
het geluidniveau. gaan dus wel heen en weer maar het geluid is niet in te stellen.

Geavanceerde audio instellingen.
grabber
desktopaudio
desktop audio 2
jvc camera
video opnameapparaat

geven allemaal actief aan.

Audiomonitoring:
jvc camera : monitoren en uitvoeren
mix aux : niet monitoren
video opname apparaat 3 : monitoren en uitvoeren

Log file? Screenshots of settings? You haven't really said very much at all, beyond, "it doesn't work," so it's hard to help you.

From what little you given here, I think it *might* be that you haven't assigned the Tracks correctly, or aren't sending the right Track(s) to your recording. Again, screenshots please, not retyped descriptions.
