Question / Help Recording With Over 60 FPS

Hey, just wondering if it was possible to record in OBS with more than 60 FPS. I have the FPS within the app set to 60, which is as high as it lets me set it to. Are there any settings I need to change?

Turn off vsync.

That said, by default OBS in OSX turns it off.

Settings > Advanced > Disable OSX V-Sync

That said, that checkbox is ON (meaning V-Sync in OSX is turned off while OBS is running) by default, so if you haven't turned it back ON (by turning the checkbox OFF) then V-Sync is already not whatever is preventing you from capturing at over 60fps.
