Recording with OBS

So most of the time when I record a video with OBS, the video doesn't stop recording when I stop the recording I don't know why it does this. Its very annoying and frustrating. I have tried to uninstall OBS and reinstall, I still get the same problem...

I am guessing your clicking the "Start Recording" and clicking on "Stop Recording" right from the OBS interface?

Have you tried setting up hotkeys to start and stop your recordings?
That's what I use even though I can still use the interface buttons if needed.

Try setting up hotkeys for starting and stopping your recordings.
