Question / Help Recording with CBR

Search didn't return any results about "CBR" and recording.
Is there an option to record x264 files with CBR on ? Always getting VBR encoded videos.
I'm using the .mov container ...

Settings> Output > Advanced > Recording

For most applications CBR recording is not recommended, that's why it's not the default.
