Recording with 2 audio codecs

hello
I want to record with 2 audio codec, which have 2+2=4 mic inputs. now over completion of recording with 4 microphones active, OBS will create a single .mkv file. i need a help that when i play back this recorded file should i be able to play 4 individual tracks. i want to play/pause these 4 tracks individually.

Watch the recorded video file, then you can switch audio tracks within your media player.
You can use post processing tools like Audacity or ffmpeg to extract audio tracks and do whatever you'd like to do with them separately.
