Question / Help Recording video regardless of OBS version does not work and it use too...

I was able to record video and now I am no longer able to record video as it continues to show this (see screenshot) http://prntscr.com/pa2ymv I can go live but recording video for later posting I can no longer do, please help

Two things,
1. Provide a log file: Help -> Log Files -> upload current log file -> copy
paste the response here
2. The message metions driver updates, do you have the latest drivers?
