Recording video 1080 or 2k, upload youtube and superbad quality. Help!

Hello, I have a 2560x1440 monitor, I am trying to record my desktop screen. All good so far, it looks sharp, at my native resolution.
But the problem is when I upload the video to youtube, it automatically lowers the quality a lot. It looks blurry, whether at 2k or 1080.

I have read that it is due to the av vs vp9 codec, that if you have a channel with few subscribers they lower the quality. But I'm watching channels that have hardly any subscribers and the quality of the videos at 1080 is very good.
I have uploaded videos at 2k and yes, change the codec to vp9 and it looks better.
But it looks better if I select 4k, if I select 2k it already looks a little blurry and at 1080 impossible..

I've tried everything, I'm going crazy. I don't understand anything!

Tools menu. Use the Auto-configuration Wizard and apply the recommended setings. Restart OBS.
Please perform a test stream/recording for more than 30 seconds doing as you normally do, including playing games, full camera or whatever you normally do.
Now look inside Help menu. Upload the current log file and paste the url to the log in here. Click on the Analize button to start troubleshooting common issues.
