Hi, I've been using OBS for a few months now, and it was working fine up until a few weeks ago, when suddenly, the recordings became very laggy. Sometimes it runs well, and other times, the video is absolutely unusable. There is no problem with the audio, just the video. I have decent WiFi, so i doubt that is the problem. There are no settings I changed that I think could have caused this. I will link one of the clips to this post, to show how bad it is sometimes. I would just like to say again, that my game itself is not laggy, it's the recording. I am not running any cpu/gpu-intensive programs in the background either. Here are my output settings:
Output directory is on D: drive (I have tried C: drive as well, but it hasn't helped)
Recording quality is Indistinguishable quality, large file size
Recording format is mkv
Encoder is Hardware (AMD)
If anyone knows how to fix this, please help!
