I want to set up our church PC to stream to Facebook and YouTube using streaming for YouTube and using recording to send the stream to Facebook. I have tried this on a Linux PC at home and it seems to work fine. But when I set up the same recording settings on a Windows 10 PC (I have tried this on two separate PCs) things don't work right. When I press the Start Recording button (not trying to stream to YouTube at the same time, just to Facebook) the button highlights, but nothing happens (the text doesn't change to Stop Recording, the recording light doesn't come on and no streaming takes place). If I then click the Start Recording button again, then the infamous
dialog pops up. The log file doesn't even show that recording was started. Here is the log from carrying out the steps just mentioned:
