Question / Help Recording Timer

Hi,
I'm very new to obs. I'm a teacher and I'm using the program to record my lessons for my students, and I was wondering if there was a way to display an overlay of the amount of time that I have been recording that would also work with pausing and unpausing the recording. I'm only using this to record my display and audio, not live stream. If anyone has a solution to this please let me know. Thank you in advance!
