Recording stuttering every few secodns

Hello all
i have 144Hz Display Set on 120 Hz and recording 120 FPS video for PES 21
every now and then i get what's like a frame skipping or something like that , which makes the video very annoying to watch
lowering Bitrate or even making it higher doesn't work , Limiting Game to exact 120 FPS doesn't work , game play is very smooth but recording not really smooth ,
Specs are :
Core i7 3930K 6 Cores @ 4.2 Ghz
Evga GTX 1070 SC 8GB
Adata SX 950 240GB SSD (which i use for recording) and WD Blue (which the game is on)
16 GB DDR3 Ram

i just wanted to add something
when FPS drops on the game with even 1 Frame it appears very choppy on the recorded video , at some part the fps were dropped to 60 fps and in the record it looked like it's 10 fps or something like that , very horrible , also i tried to record with 60 fps not 120 and the video looked horrible , like i'm playing on a Pentium III PC , i want to play with 120 Hz mode yet record decent videos and i can't seem to get this done ..
