Question / Help Recording Stutter Problem

When i'm recording my screen with OBS my game on screen doesn't lag but when i'm watching the video that I recorded it's laggy. I'm on mac and if there's a solution I would like to know it.

It also appears that there is an audio system issue; I'd expect that could cause issues if the system is continually trying to compensate and add buffering.

I tried those settings but it doesn't work and how can I repair the audio issue?
