Question / Help Recording/streaming looses quality. isn't the quality I want

I am a youtuber (very small) that wants to record videos for my friends and others to enjoy. I am very bad with computers and probably the worst person with them tbh, but it seems that what I am doing something is wrong. I try to record 1920x1080 60fps but when i look at the picture, it looks all blurry and not as crisp as it should. The quality seems to be worse than what i am actually seeing on my other screen. Does anyone have any advice they might have, any advice would be kind and helpful. I have tried different resolutions and different outputs such as 2560x1440 but they all look the same or worse.
