recording/streaming 3 x 4K cameras simultaneously (a minimum spec question)

Hi,
I'm putting together a system strictly to record/stream 3 Elgato Facecam Pro (4K) cameras + Audio.
I'm clear on needing 3 separate USB root hubs, and a minimum 4 or 6 core processor.
My other assumptions would be mon 16Gb RAM and at least something like a GT1030/1050 GPU
(**note, I'm not editing/.rendering on this rig, only needs to playback to check recording)

anything else I need to look out for?
