Question / Help Recording/Stream Lag

I'm pretty new to using OBS and having a pc in general so I'm not sure if I have wrong settings or something but I've had really bad frame lag on the video/stream whenever using OBS; the gameplay is fine I have around 150 fps on most games when not streaming/recording and around 70-100 when streaming/recording and it is still very playable when using OBS but the video/stream is extremely choppy. The log file ending in 19 is when trying to stream and the one ending in 18 is when trying to record.

Your CPU is not fast enough for x264 @ 720p 60fps while gaming (log shows high amount of encoder lag).
Try 30fps or use NVENC.

No Problem, you asked for help and provided a useful log file (too many people dont attach a log file or their log file is not including a recording/streaming attempt).
