Question / Help Recording still images instead of video

So I am trying to record a video of the Sims 4, and for some reason when I tried to record, it just jumped around as different frames, instead of a fluid video. I'm not sure if I can explain this to have it make since, but it recorded in still images. Not one, but several, and as I recorded the still image would change about every 10 seconds, but would never be a fluid moving video. I am in no way an expert in OBS, so I am really unsure what to do, or if I have done something wrong, but I was recording yesterday, and it was all fine.

Any help would be appreciated, because I honestly don't really know what I am doing, so I am probably doing something wrong.

Well, I managed to fix it. I figured I would update this, so in case anyone else has this issue, there might be some ideas. So all I had to do was restart my computer. I had updated OBS, and it didn't really start working until I restarted my computer. If that doesn't work, I would try reinstalling OBS.
