Question / Help Recording starts lagging after a few seconds, used to be fine

Think I'm having the same problem, My preview window stutters and it shows on the recording/stream with no dropped frames. Does nobody help here?

Post the whole log file to an external text site like pastebin.com. But do a 5 minute or longer test of high action video to get the log file you post.
