Hi,
I'm using OBS latest (30.2.3) on Windows 10 with i3 machine (32GB memory, 1TB SSD)
I've tried several devices to record from - Osmo pocket 3 (in 9:16, 1080p) and Pixel 6 (both devices are presented to the OS as UVC) and the audio comes from a USB audio. In terms of codecs - AAC using FFMPEG, and Quicksync H.264.
As soon I start to record, it freezes for 2-3 seconds and then it starts records normally, no audio/video sync issues after this "freeze".
I also tried to remove the entire video section (no camera in sources, just USB audio), disabling both audio and video (just pressing record) - same issue appears.
Is this a known issue? in terms of hardware, it's i3 CPU, but the video encoding is done in hardware, and disabling audio doesn't help at alll.
Any suggestions are welcome ;)
