Recording Sound problem with Noise

Hello,

I want to use OBS to make simple screen recordings (no gaming) with my Macbook Pro 2017

Processor: 8 GB 2133 MHz LPDDR3
8 GB 2133 MHz LPDDR3
Graphic Card : Intel Iris Plus Graphics 640 1536 MB

As Microphone I use Uhuru Professional Podcast Microphone 192kHZ / 24bi

As long as the fans are quiet, everything works fine. My voice is distinct and the sound quality is good. But when the fans turn on the noise is just to loud so that I need to ass a filter. So I activate the noise suppression and it also works fine in the beginning. But when the fans start to become loud again, my voice doesn't sound good anymore when I talk.
So it filters the noise when I don’t talk, but when I talk everything sounds metallic and not as clearly as when the fans where still off.
I also tried the Noise Gate Filter but it was a complete mess then.

So I don’t really know what I can do now. I’ve been trying to fix it myself for some hours but I can’t fix it. Are my setting wrong or is there simply no way to filter this fan noise and at the same time make the voice sound clear?
