Question / Help Recording seems laggy, but not in game.

Hello, I am new to OBS Studio and I am trying to record a Rocket League video, it seems alright in game, but the recording looks laggy. Here my log file. Thanks!

Specs:

CPU: i5 6400k 2.7ghz
RAM: 8GB
GPU: AMD Radeon R9 360
SOFTWARE: Windows 10 64bit

Therefore I am trying to record in 1920x1080 30fps if possible, but 720p 60fps is alright as soon as it's going to be smooth

It seems that your CPU is not capable of both running the game and encoding at the same time. Since you have an AMD GPU, you can use the Hardware encoder to get identical quality. See this guide: https://obsproject.com/forum/resour...lity-recording-and-multiple-audio-tracks.221/
