Recording screen went BLACK and I can not get it back

I was playing with different Width and Height (see red box) then clicked OK. All of sudden after a OK, screen went to black. No pictures shown. Before I can see the browser content but now I see nothing.
I must have tripped some settings by mistake,

After I click OK, this is what I see. Black blank screen.

press ctrl+r in the main obs window with the browser source selected

WOW, Harold,
Ctrl+R did the trick. Now I see the pictures.

Any idea did I do? or what happened?

probably dragged the source off screen.

Also I found other Cntl + keys. I was looking for how to fill the screen, now I know.
