Question / Help Recording Quality Versus Streaming Quality

I like to record to the highest possible settings for my pc, but that also means using a bitrate that is to high for most viewers (3500) on Twitch, what I am wondering is if there is any way to have separate instances while simultaneously doing both.

Don't have "Use Stream Encoder" selected in your recording settings. This allows you to have separate settings for recording vs streaming, including recording in lossless/near-lossless quality at 1080p while streaming at 2000kbit at 720p.
