Question / Help Recording Quality Question

Hey,
I'm completely new to the whole recording/streaming thing and I have no idea whats the best quality for recording for my system. Can someone recommend me settings? I'm completely lost and have no idea what to do.
my specs:
Ryzen 7 2700x
RTX 2070
16gb ram
2tb SSD
700psu
I can definitely record and game at 1080p60fps no problem I just don't know how to set it up.
 
Perhaps not perfect, but good enough for 99% of cases and far better than not understanding what you're doing and changing random things.
 
The Auto Configuration Wizard gets you a baseline that's definitely working, and working well. From that you can go on and see if and how to optimize the settings, but usually the wizard gets it right in the first place. Often, people assume there is some magical setting that is only available with manual configuration that doubles quality by halving the system requirements, but unfortunately there is no such setting. If there were such a setting, it would be built into the wizard in the first place.
