Question / Help Recording pixelated video and jumpy music

Okay, so I've been following several guides for several different things I've had issues with. But right now I'm getting pixelated video and music that sounds good for the most part but if you listen closely you notice obvious "jumps" in the audio. I didn't know of anywhere else to go and I'm completely ignorant on alot of this so maybe I can get at least some amount of guidance here.
I'll post the log, but to sum it up: I'm trying to record my PS4 through a capture card into OBS. If anyone needs any extra info I'll be glad to share.
