Recording pfd presentation with the presenter

We would like to do the following: we have a Mac book Pro with integrated webcam. We would like to record that we have the following result: a pdf slide presentation with the presentor visible underneath at the right corner of this presentation. The presentor should be able to switch to the different pdf slides with a pointer.
Someone an idea how to do this?
