Bug Report Recording Part of Screen as Full Screen

Hello,
I know how to use Alt and select part of the screen. But When I record my screen it records a full black screen + my selection part.
Please consider I need to record part of my screen to have a piece of evidence. going to all of these settings which do not work is a complicated procedure, which causes losing the moment of recording.
Please make it simple. we need to select the area and record that area as full screen with the high resolution.

Just look at oCAM application, how fast and easy it is. But I prefer to use OBS, if it can be a little user friendly.
