Recording Output file size

Hello, it seems that MKV format - High Quality, Medium File Size Recording Quality delivers the lowest output file size. Is there any other setting or means to reduce the file size? I don't need high quality outputs for some of my recordings. Thank you

You can use "same as stream", then set some low video bitrate in the streaming settings. This can lower your quality (thus the filesize) as low as you like.
You can also reduce output resolution and fps. If you record a mostly static desktop and no ever-changing moving images as in a game, you can also reduce the fps. Recording office apps with 15 fps for example appears not much different as with 60 fps.

Yes, you can choose custom settings. I highly recommend CQP and use that number to tweak bitrate. I use 20-25 for high quality, and for games I use 30 or 35.
